ADA Access for All operates as a sole-principal engagement model. The principal performs all testing, authors all deliverables, and signs all attestations — no junior staff handoffs, no subcontracted assessment work.
- Fixed-fee pricing from a published rate card — scope and fee confirmed before engagement start.
- 50% retainer at signing; balance on delivery. Net-15 payment terms.
- Confidentiality and Business Associate Agreement execution as required by client status, including HIPAA covered entities.
- Professional Liability insurance at $1M per occurrence, in place at engagement start.
- Credentialed attestation delivered with each engagement, naming the assessor and the federal credentials under which the work was performed.
