Our commitment

This website is designed and built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and 2.2 at Level AA. Digital accessibility is the firm's practice area, and the site is expected to demonstrate it.

Measures in place

  • Semantic structure — HTML5 landmark regions, a single main heading per page, and a logical heading hierarchy with no skipped levels.
  • Keyboard operability — every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator and a "skip to main content" link on every page.
  • Color contrast — text and user-interface colors meet the WCAG AA contrast thresholds.
  • Responsive reflow — content reflows without loss of information or function at 320 px width and at 200% zoom.
  • Reduced motion — non-essential motion is removed for visitors whose systems request reduced motion.
  • Automated testing — every page is tested with the axe-core accessibility engine and currently returns zero violations.

Ongoing verification

The firm applies the same DHS Trusted Tester for Web methodology to this site that it applies to client engagements, including manual keyboard and screen-reader testing. Verification is treated as ongoing rather than one-time: the site is re-checked when content changes.

Known limitations

Appointment scheduling is handled through Calendly, a third-party service whose accessibility is governed by its own conformance program. If you encounter a barrier using the scheduling tool, you can reach the firm by email instead and it will work with you directly.

Reporting a barrier

If you encounter any accessibility barrier on this site, please tell us. Email info@adaaccessforall.com with the page address and a description of the difficulty you experienced. The firm aims to acknowledge accessibility feedback promptly and to resolve identified barriers as quickly as is practical.
