Overview
This is a static informational website for ADA Access for All, a DBA of Guillaume & Co. LLC. It does not use advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies or run visitor-tracking analytics by default. The site is served by a third-party hosting provider, which may collect standard technical logs — such as IP addresses — for security and operational purposes.
Information you provide
If you email the firm at info@adaaccessforall.com, the firm receives the information contained in your message. If you schedule a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly; any information you enter there is collected and processed by Calendly under Calendly's own privacy policy.
How information is used
Information you provide is used only to respond to your inquiry and to conduct any resulting engagement. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
Appointment scheduling is provided through Calendly. When you use the scheduling tool, you are interacting with Calendly's service and are subject to its privacy practices.
Data retention
Correspondence and engagement records are retained only as long as needed for the purpose for which they were provided and to meet the firm's professional, legal, and tax obligations.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided to the firm by emailing info@adaaccessforall.com. The firm will respond to reasonable requests.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the firm's practices or in the services the site relies on. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date below.
