Certified ADA coordinators: work with the practice.

ADA Access for All performs the ADA coordinator function for organizations that retain the firm. We're looking for people who hold the ADA Coordinator Certification (ADACC) and want part-time, remote work as independent contractors.

If a voicemail from the principal brought you here, this is the role it described.

The work

The work runs in the firm's process and under each client's designation.

Accommodation casework

Requests under the ADA and Section 504, from intake through the written outcome.

Program documents

Policies, procedures, notices and grievance procedures, written to be handed to counsel or an investigator without rework.

Second review

Review of determinations and deliverables before they go to a client, once you've worked inside the firm's process.

Who we're looking for, and the terms

Who we're looking for

  • A current ADA Coordinator Certification (ADACC)
  • Time in the function: you've administered a grievance procedure or an accommodation process, for an employer, a public entity or a program
  • Writing that holds up when counsel reads it
  • A Department of Homeland Security Trusted Tester certification is a plus, not a requirement

The terms

  • Part time, about 5 to 12 hours a week to start
  • Remote, from anywhere in the United States
  • Engaged as an independent contractor, paid monthly
  • A monthly base that rises each year you stay

Write to info@adaaccessforall.com about where you've held the function. If you work for a government agency, say so; the firm checks the conflict-of-interest rules before any work starts.
