Privacy notice
What this site collects, and what it doesn't.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from a third party when a page opens. The only personal information it collects is what you type into the inquiry form, and what you enter on the booking page if you book a call.
What the site collects
- Visiting a pageNothing beyond what any web server receives. Netlify, which hosts the site, receives standard request information such as your IP address and browser type, under Netlify's privacy policy. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, carries no advertising or tracking pixels, and loads every font, image and script from its own addressNo cookies
- The inquiry formYour name, organization, role, email, phone if you give it, which obligation applies, your message, and whether you asked to join the availability list. It's used to answer the inquiry. Netlify receives and stores each submission, screens it for spam, and emails it to the practiceForm
- Booking a callCalls are booked on a Zoho Bookings page, under Zoho's privacy policy. The practice receives what you enter there, such as your name, your email and any notesZoho Bookings
- EmailMail to info@adaaccessforall.com is hosted by Zoho MailZoho Mail
- The availability listOnly if you tick the box on the inquiry form. Your organization goes on the list for the next available retained role, with you as the contact. You're written to when a role opens, and if a regulatory change materially affects the obligations discussed. There is no newsletter, and replying to any message takes the organization off the listOpt in only
What the practice doesn't do
- Sell or share personal informationPersonal information is never sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketingNever
- Track visitorsThe site doesn't follow visitors across other sites or over time, and no third party collects information about your activity through it. Because there is no tracking to turn off, every visit is treated the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signalNo tracking
Keeping and deleting
- How long it's keptInquiries are kept as ordinary business correspondence. Ask, and the practice deletes yours, except anything a law requires it to keepDeleted on request
